Salted Honey Twice Baked Croissant
I’m currently trying to figure out croissants to add them to my menu. These were underproofed but I always wanted to try twice-baked croissants and this was the perfect opportunity. I can’t use tradition frangipane as a cottage bakery so this will be a different than typical

A love story to my first full croissant test.

Next is trying to find a way to proof these at a rate and amount so I can actually put these on my menu 🫠 Any advice for a home baker is welcome

The OG sourdough cinnamon rolls. Fun flavors are cool and all but there’s no substitute.

Had a few people ask where I got my sign! I got it from a lovely artist .

I was looking for a sign for my popups that was double sided and interchangeable. I sell different things depending on what popup it is, so needed some flexibility there.

I already had a magnetic sign frame but she has so many options for frames to choose from as well!

I also added on a magnetic logo sign too. Originally these are for table signs but it worked so well with my metal cooler for my macarons, but I had to use it for that.

I get so many compliments and it really helps me stand out at markets. Check her out!

Catering order ✅

Took me months to really figure out laminated dough with sourdough. But I had a rolling pin and a chronic need for figuring out the hard way to do things.

Earl Grey Citrus Morning buns. Orange zest and earl grey tea sugar mixture swirled in a laminated dough.
