Today marks one year since the fire that took "Jack’s Quick Snack" from our family.
A lot has changed in the past year. Losing the restaurant was heartbreaking, but the love and support from this community helped us find a way forward. That's why I started Jack’s Quick Snack - to continue the dream my grandparents built and to keep a small piece of Jack’s alive.
Growing up in this town, I never imagined how much it would mean to serve the same community that supported my family for so many years. Every customer, every conversation, and every visit reminds me why this place is so special.
While my grandfather passed away before the fire, his legacy lives on in the memories made at the restaurant and the community he helped create. I think about him often and hope he would be proud to see his dream still bringing people together.
Today, I'd love to hear your favorite memories of Jack’s. Whether it was your go-to meal, a special family tradition, or a story that still makes you smile, please share it in the comments. Let's celebrate the memories, the people, and the legacy that made Jack’s such a special place.
Thank you all for supporting our family and keeping my grandparents dream alive. ❤️
