BEER, BOURBON, BBQ FEST (previously known as Beer, Bacon, Bourbon Fest) returns with a new twist on an old favorite .... BBQ! Fest favorites include the unlimited samples you love including 40+ craft beer, wine & spirits vendors. Expect the same high-energy entertainment from ICONS OF COUNTRY tribute band (featuring tributes to Kenny Chesney, Lainey Wilson & Jason Aldean) and BBQ for purchase from Off Square Brewing, Smoke on the Water BBQ, Blue Collar Bros & Southern Roots BBQ.
General Admission ($59) ~ Includes 6:00 entrance, unlimited sampling, tasting cup & entertainment.
VIP ($99) ~ Includes everything GA plus 5:00 entrance, exclusive pours, swag bag & BBQ samples from each food vendor (Off Square Brewing, Smoke on the Water BBQ, Blue Collar Bros, & Southern Roots BBQ). Your vote will crown the BEST BBQ winner!
Designated Driver ($25) ~ Entrance from 5:00 on, non-alcoholic drink options & entertainment.

Kicking things off on Opening Day, and returning every 3rd Thursday of the month moving forward, this series brings world-class, cultural cooking straight to the market using 100% local ingredients.

With two of Northwest Indiana's absolute best culinary heavyweights:

🌟 Chef Blāque: Award-winning pastry chef, owner of Steel City Bakery, Netflix Sugar Rush champion, & Beat Bobby Flay alum. He is ready to bring elevated technique and global influences to the table!

🌟 Chef Darrick (Southern Roots by AG LLC): 2023 Culinary Instructor of the Year, VP of the American Culinary Federation (NWI Chapter), & mastermind behind Southern Roots catering, bringing bold Southern flavors and deep-rooted hospitality.
