What is a Linguiça Squatch Dawg?
Linguiça is a salt cured, lean-pork sausage featuring galic, paprika, w**e and many other spices.

Linguiça is from portugal and it has traveled the world. It has made its biggest impact in Portugal, Brazil, North Eastern United States, California's central valley and Hawaii. In Hawaii its eaten as a breakfast item with eggs and rice.

We introduced linguiça to the Bitterroot Valley to add a new and vibrant flavor for your dining pleasure. How did we decide the linguiça would be our signature offering? Like or follow our page to find out the rest of the story.

So what the heck is a Linguiça Squatch Dawg? Where do you get them? How did you decide to offer such a unique dawg? Where is your menu? Why bigfoot?

These are all great questions and it gave me an idea! I will share the stories with you over the coming weeks. Follow or like our page as we unfold our epic journey through a hot dawg wilderness.

Hi Gang!! So a slight mishap happened with the cart today. We managed through today’s service. I was supposed to be at Global Wireless Thursday and Friday. Instead Thursday I am headed to a fabrication shop. Some structural repairs and some nifty add-ons and we are back at it on Friday.

Come visit me on Friday and I will take a buck off if you mention this post. We can’t wait to see all of you on Friday.

Awesome!

Our forest has been selected to provide this year’s U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree for the west lawn of the U.S. Capitol in D.C.! While there’s lots to do between now and then we hope you’ll help us celebrate the season early on July 25th at the Lolo Pass Visitor Center to help us reach our goal of 10,000 handmade ornaments by September 1st!

On top of ornament making there will be live music by the Tuba Santa’s, Potato Pursuit, a Kid’s Potato Hunt, white Elephant mystery raffles, food provided by Lochsa Lodge Resort and more!
