It is with a sad heart that we have had to make the tough decision to permanently close The BAARR BQ Place. This decision was not made lightly and is due to health issues and circumstances beyond our control. We thank you all for your support of our restaurant and will miss you all terribly.

We hope to open once more before the end of September to say goodbye. If this plan comes to fruition I will post on Facebook.

I just received a message from one of our customers that his little girl is in the hospital and they have found a brain tumor. Please keep little Nora in your prayers and her dad Ryan. Please share this asking everyone for prayers please.

We will again be closed today. The recent ordeal with mom has caused some issues with my health and I just can’t be there today. God willing, we will be back next weekend. Thank you so much for the prayers and love that you have shown us. ❤️

As some of you know, my mother was admitted to ICU at Lexington hospital and was not expected to live but by the grace of God she came off the ventilator yesterday and is now breathing on her own. As you can imagine we are emotionally and physically exhausted. I pray that you can understand that due to this we will not be opening today.
To all of those that had been praying for my mom, I thank you from the depths of my soul.

We have decided to close at 2:00 and will reopen at 5:00 due to minimal customer flow. See ya at 5:00!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the folks that have come out to support our restaurant, we appreciate you more than we can express. If you haven't had the chance to come out, now is the perfect time to taste what you have been missing. We are hearing that folks say that they didn't know that we were open. We have been open for over a year now and you will find us here on Friday's and Saturday's the hours are posted on our website.

We hope to see all of our regular friends this Friday and Saturday and maybe some new friends too.
