💜 I’ve been quietly working on the next chapter of Zodiac Donuts.

My focus is shifting toward allergy-friendly celebration treats: gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, and nut-free options that still feel special, nostalgic, and bakery-worthy.

Right now, I’m deep in R&D for 6-inch celebration cakes, starting with a yellow cake and vanilla buttercream. While that process moves through testing and compliance, I’ll also be opening limited weekend drops for the products people have been asking for most: vegan/gluten free apple fritters and donuts.🍩

This next chapter is being built carefully, but it is happening.

✨ Okay Star Gazers ⭐🌛

Since it's Carnival and State Fair season I have been experimenting with a new cookie flavor COTTON CANDY. 😋🩷💙

I plan to add the blue icing on whatever cookie I lock into my menu but I want your thoughts. Do you prefer #1 a flatter chewier cookie?
#2 a thicker cake style cookie with a crunch on the outside?
