If you accidentally clip through reality today, don't panic. You haven't lost your mind—you’ve just stumbled into Level 0 of the Backrooms... and apparently, we got lost here too. 🌀💀

As you can see, we brought the essentials to survive the yellow wallpaper and fluorescent hum: premium iced coffee, shakes, and a massive, perfectly layered tropical shave ice to keep the entities at bay.

If you prefer to get your caffeine and cool treats without escaping a endless maze, skip the glitching walls and just come visit our storefront instead! We promise our seating area is much more welcoming. 🍧☕

We love our Kokua Klub loyalty punch card! I know sometimes people can cheat the system but for the most part, it's great. We have had people turn in 6 cards at the mall.

We had someone with an especially creative way to take advantage of it. When we were serving students at CV High School, one girl got her punch card and then waited and gave it to 10 of her friends and then came back and turned it in. We gave her a high five and said that's creative! And gave her a free item :)

Our family is away on vacation and I saw that our Kokua phone line has 6 missed calls.
Then we got another call, I answered "Aloha, Kokua Shave Ice, how can I help you?"

And the voice of probably an 8 year old boy says "Can you please come to my neighborhood at Bunker Hill Neighborhood".

I said, "we will definitely connect with your neighborhood and see what we can do!"

He said "Thanks. Bye." And hung up.

Then 74 seconds later, another phone call.

I answered "Aloha, Kokua Shave Ice, how can I help you?"

Same kid on the phone "Wait, can you come to my neighborhood tomorrow?"

I said "we can't tomorrow bud but you.can come and see us everyday at the mall"

He says "Wait, you are at the mall!?!"

And hangs up.

Cool kid!
