I haven’t posted to Instagram, or been active on Instagram in quite a while. Apologies for my absence. And I apologize to anyone who may owe a response.

I thought I might post this one, quickly. It’s what we will be offering during restaurant month, in March.

It will be called our “sweet flight”.

A collection of three separate desserts, miniature, on one plate. Chefs choice, guaranteed to include something with chocolate, something with caramel, and something with fruit.

In the photo above, you’ll see a butter rum cheesecake that is gluten-free, drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with crushed meringue. A wedge of peanut butter pie, drizzled with Chocolate sauce and sprinkled with crushed Reese’s peanut butter cups. And a slice of New York style cheesecake, drizzled with Cherry – raspberry compote, served with fresh fruit. All of the desserts in the photo above also have some lightly sweetened whipped cream.
