At Court & Co. Charcuterie, quality, freshness, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything I create.
In light of recent food safety concerns involving fresh produce, I have made the decision to source all fruits and vegetables exclusively from local farmers markets until further notice.
I am fortunate to have access to several farmers markets near both my home and workplace, allowing me to continue selecting fresh, high-quality produce while supporting local growers in our community.
In addition to sourcing locally, all produce is carefully inspected and thoroughly cleaned using an enhanced multi-step washing process before preparation. While these extra precautions require additional time and effort, providing the highest quality ingredients for my clients will always be worth it.
This commitment reflects the standard of care I believe every client deserves when they choose Court & Co. Charcuterie for their gatherings, celebrations, and special events.
