While we love to serve up hot and fresh BBQ, it is worthwhile to note that we also love to cater!

Whether it is our proverbial bread and butter BBQ, perhaps a 4-course meal for a wine tasting, maybe a traditional German Kölsch service, or holiday turkey and fixins, we've 100% got you!

We can easily handle services, with staff scaling up to hundreds of guests with no issues whatsoever. Give us a call, direct message or even email. We pride ourselves on prompt response as well as doing our best to never compromise on product/service quality.

Hey folks we will be back at the lovely The English Rose Bake Shop this Friday in Pleasant Garden, NC from 4pm to 7pm!

Not only shall our proverbial meat-coffers be laden with plenty of eats and treats, we will also be debuting a new item for you to enjoy!

Hint, it is a classic Texas BBQ item that is what I call a "Two-Biter Satisfier" with some good kick to it!

For now, here is the Fortress from our debut in Pleasant Garden just a mere month ago!
