We cant wait to sling some food and be a part of the Kernersville Elementary PTO Centennial Spring Fling.

Thank you to those that stopped by the food trailer and checked us out! We will be at Greensboro Sam's Club again tomorrow starting at 11am.

Here are some pics of the plates we will be having. Sliders, Wanderer's Pork Sammich, Philly, Buffalo Chicken Sammich. Also Chopped Cheese and Chicken Tenders, Waffle Fries, Tots and Fried Pickles. For a tasty treat we also have our Homemade Banana Bread with candied Pecans.

Testing a couple recipes, can't wait to be able to use the griddle and fryer instead of the stove top and air fryer.

With the snow coming in this weekend I figured it is a good time to test a couple ideas for the menu.

Steak birria ramen and chicken ramen. More tests to come this weekend.
