Receiving this in the mail after we closed brings back so many happy memories! Even though we no longer have our brick-and-mortar, you can still catch us around Dallas supporting our industry and small business friends!
We miss feeding you guys but we are so grateful for all the support we still receive and for all the lifelong friendships we’ve made.
Maybe you’ll see us again soon!

Thank you to and for not forgetting about us as we are still dealing with the sadness of having to close our restaurant in November.
We made so many great memories and friends along the way and hope to stay around and in touch. We are taking a break for now and unsure what the future holds, however we will keep you posted.
We are beyond grateful for the support from friends, family, and especially the press for helping get our name out and gaining support from our Dallas city.

The past year of my life has been an adventure that I have been working really hard to achieve. A dream that seemed unreachable when it surfaced has become a reality. I gave my all to make said dream possible. Sleep, who needs that. Pain, it’s only mental. Family and friends, they understand my absence because my dream was the only thing that mattered. That was the foundation of this path I chose for myself. A path that has finally come to an end. With a heavy heart we have decided to close Modest Rogers. I won’t get into any specifics of why but it was definitely a hard time to start a business and it was a reflection of this decision.
I want to thank my family, who without their encouragement I would have not been able to accomplish any of this. My friends who supported my dream in any way they could. My staff who stuck with me from the very beginning and made the place what it was and to everyone that I met while being on this journey. I’m glad that I can now call you friends. My wife who endured all the ups and downs and helped me through all of it while still having to fight for her dream.
The future is unclear as I write this but I’m ready to take on this new challenge and chapter in my life.
Thank you to everyone that enjoyed Modest Rogers and helped us give life to something that was just a dream.
