Still processing how much love this weekend’s pop up received 🥹

We completely sold out of cookies and almost sold out of our ube pandesal - I just wanted to say thank you. Every order, share, repost, and kind word truly means so much to me. Seeing people try my desserts inspired by the flavors I grew up with makes this little passion project feel so special 🤍

Hi everyone 🤍
I’m Fei — the baker behind One Last Bite by Fei.

The name “One Last Bite” came from a simple thought I always have whenever I eat something good — I always think about the last bite. Whenever I’m trying different foods, desserts, or traveling somewhere new, I always save my favorite bite for last because somehow that’s always the taste and feeling I remember most.

I’m half Filipino and half Taiwanese, and a lot of my desserts are inspired by the flavors and textures I grew up loving. I especially love soft, airy Asian-style desserts that aren’t overly sweet, while still feeling comforting and homemade.

Outside of baking, I also love traveling, exploring new food spots, and finding inspiration through different cultures and experiences. During the week, I balance corporate life — and after hours, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen baking late at night 🤍

What started as baking for family and friends slowly turned into sharing my creations with others through preorders and now my very first pop up this weekend ✨

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my small business so far. Every order, follow, message, and share truly means a lot to me.
