We make a few things at Uncle Gs but my favorite is the core memories. We have the privilege of making pizza for our community and we try not to forget that every pizza also holds the potential for Uncle Gs to be a small part of your world, and we do our best to honor that. Quick jaunt downtown to view this amazing art gallery by friend and extremely talented photog Mary Fehr. Mayor Mayor Randall Woodfin was there! I didn’t get to meet him but I did learn he’s a Gus's Hotdogs regular. That makes me jealous of Lee Pantazis so, we gotta get him on the Uncle Gs train!
