Hello 👋 these are Plaintain crossiant danishes filled with homemade plantain jam and silky vanilla bean pastry cream, then topped with a brûléed plantain for the perfect caramelized finish 😋
Every batch teaches me something new, and I'm so proud of how far i've come. These are incredible. Flaky, buttery, creamy, and packed with sweet plantain flavor. 🙌

Ive mastered my co**ha technique & recipe base 🙌
These came out pillowy soft and extremely delicious.
I used organic strawberry powder for the Strawberry co**has
Valrhona North America cocoa powder for the chocolate co**has &
