Representing Houston and a better food system for all! Help us send off Chef Shawn, who's been selected as one of 19 chefs nationwide to attend the James Beard Foundation Chef Bootcamp for Policy and ChangeÂź.

This weekend, he's headed to Washington to join a cohort of culinary leaders dedicated to advocacy, sustainability, and fixing our food system.

Shawn has always believed in using his platform to effect change. We can't wait to see him bring this expanded knowledge and networking back to our kitchen and our community!
