Designed for discerning gatherings of six or more guests, each Signature Collection includes:

A minimum of 8–16 courses
A minimum of 20 dedicated labor hours

Signature Collections commence at $4,500.

Many people know the name Opal & Oak, but not everyone knows the story behind it.

The "Oak" in Opal & Oak was inspired by my grandmother, my Gram Gram.

She lived through more adversity than most people could imagine. After losing her mother at a young age, she was placed in an orphanage and faced challenges throughout her life that would have broken many people. Yet she never let those hardships define her.

She was strong. She was resilient. She stood firm through every storm life placed in her path.

Just like the oak tree.

The oak tree is known for its strength, resilience, and ability to withstand even the harshest conditions. No matter what it faces, it continues to stand tall. That is exactly who my Gram Gram was.

She was my rock, my biggest supporter, and one of the strongest people I have ever known. The values she taught me—hard work, perseverance, kindness, and caring for others—are woven into the foundation of this company.

On her heavenly birthday, I want to honor the woman who inspired the "Oak" in Opal & Oak.

While she may not be here to see what this company has become, her legacy lives on in every meal served, every client cared for, and every dream pursued.

I carry her with me every day, and I always will.
