’Twas the night before Neewollah…
And tucked among the preparations for Kansas’ biggest festival sits our little bakery food truck, getting ready for its very first Neewollah.
A little town swelling to 75,000 people. Four days of business unlike anything we’ve experienced. And us—with flour on our aprons, butterflies in our stomachs, and a whole lot of faith.
We’ve planned, prepped, baked, and prayed. But truthfully? We don’t fully know what to expect. How much will we need? What will the days bring? Can our little team keep up?
Tonight, we’re placing those questions in God’s hands, asking for His wisdom in every decision, His direction in the unknown, and His grace when we need to take a breath and try again.
Munchkinz began with a dream and a willingness to take the next step. Tomorrow, that next step brings us here.
So here’s to our first Neewollah—to feeding people well, meeting new faces, and trusting God through the biggest four-day adventure our little business has ever taken.
The night before, our hearts are full.
Tomorrow, we open the window.
