❤️ June is HHT Awareness Month ❤️

I’ve lived with HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia) my entire life.

HHT is a rare genetic vascular disorder, and one of its most common symptoms is severe nosebleeds. Those nosebleeds can happen multiple times a day and sometimes last for hours, often leading to chronic anemia and exhaustion.

If you’ve ever seen me serving coffee, scooping ice cream, working an event, or running around with what looks like a little “Nampon” stuffed in my nose looking weird 😅 don’t worry. It’s probably just an HHT nosebleed and me refusing to let it stop me from serving ice cream and coffee.

Some days are harder than others, but I still show up and do what I love.
