Too busy to make dinner before the game?! We go you covered!
We’ve added The Twisted Piggy sandwich to our “Loaded Menu”.
The Twisted Piggy sandwich is made on our home made sourdough bread with house made BBQ sauce, smoked pork and mac ‘n cheese.
Our loaded menu feature our house made Nachos, Fries, or Mac loaded with Smoked Pork, sharp cheddar cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, jalapeños, and chives. It also includes or Perfect Grilled Cheese, chips ‘n cheese, fries, and mac without being loaded.

We kick things off in Hillsdale on Saturday for the All-American Hometown Celebration. We will be set up right by the Freedom Truck. If you haven’t heard of it look it up.
Then we will be feeding the crowds at baseball games all week long in Spring Arbor.

Wanted to take a quick second to tell you a bit about us.
As announced a little over a month ago, my wife, Sarah and I (Aaron) are taking over the Melted Grill food truck. But I wanted to give you an idea of how that came about.
We started DoughNation Bakery almost 6 years ago now, focusing on Naturally Fermented breads and bagels. Melted has been using our bread for most of their sandwiches for the past couple years. So when Terri-Jo mentioned to me the opportunity to take over the food truck, I was immediately on board. I have always had a passion for grilled cheese and have a descent amount of experience in kitchens in my life. I personally feel like grilled cheese is the pinnacle of comfort food. I am constantly posting about grilled sandwiches on my bakery page, and have loved that my bread was being used by Melted for their sandwiches. I am so very excited to be in this position of continuing such a reputable operation like the Melted Grill.
