Just an F.Y.I. , I had kind of given up on this page as the advertising had taken over it but being laid up for the past four weeks I believe I have control back and you can expect more updates. I will try to post pictures from yesterday’s event when they’re sent to me. Have a great day celebrating Memorial Day tomorrow but take time to think of those that gave all for this great nation !!!

We catered a Gymnastics Banquet yesterday and had quite the menu !!! Hash and Rice, our famous Macaroni and Cheese and more Cheese,Brisket Baked Beans,Corn on the Cobb,Potato Salad, Pork BBQ,Rolls with Honey Butter and our 3 Sauces Mustard Sauce, Sweet Hickory and Pepper Vinegar to please all the palettes!!! The food was a hit as always and I had lots of help to keep me from doing to much but I still over did it as it’s caught up with me today. Have an awesome day !!!

It was a busy day getting lunch for the veterans at Patriots Villas and I couldn’t have done it without Jo. She is my strength more than she thinks or knows. I know I can get cranky and be a butt but she has always been my best supporter. I love her dearly and can’t thank her enough for getting through the day as I was exhausted. We came home after getting the lunches packaged for the Veterans and I crashed. Woke up around 6:30 this afternoon. Jo, I love you and can’t thank you enough for your support!!!
