Aarrrggghh! Second time in ONE week that we have to cease operations due to dough issues.

We had to cancel an appearance at a soccer tournament on Memorial Day because of dough issues.

Now, today, we were making 120 dough balls and the bearing seal on the huge commercial 60 quart mixer leaked bearing grease into the wet dough contaminating the entire batch.

It’s not a matter of just whipping up another batch… yeast takes time.

We’ll be back tomorrow, God willing.
