Most café menus are designed backwards?

Drink first. Flavor second.

When we started building our new menu at 36 Streets, we tried something different. We don't want you to just come for a picture, but for a conversation, a moment, an experience.

Just like a home-cooked meal made with intention, raw ingredients, and just the right amount of love becomes a core memory.

We started with flavor.

The SCA coffee flavor wheel helped us see that most drinks fall into some key directions:

🍓 Bright & Fruity
🍫 Chocolate & Nutty
🔥 Roasted & Bold
🥛 Creamy & Sweet

Your nose usually knows which one you like before you even think about it.

The flavor wheel just gives us the language.

So we started designing our menu around those flavor directions.

Our snoop holiday cups have officially sold out for the season, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible love and support. While we bid a temporary farewell to these beloved cups, we’re excited to let you know that the Star cup is still available in-store, and even more exciting offerings are on the way in the coming months.

As the holiday season fills the air with warmth and cheer, I want to take a moment to send heartfelt wishes to everyone celebrating.

Christmas is a time for reflection, gratitude, and love. It’s a season to cherish the people around us and the simple joys that light up our lives. For me, one of those joys has been sharing the rich flavors of Vietnamese coffee through 36 Streets Vietnamese Coffee. Each cup is inspired by the vibrant culture and traditions of Vietnam, and I’m so grateful to have this journey to connect with you all.

May your days be filled with laughter, your hearts with peace, and your homes with love. Here’s to creating beautiful memories, enjoying a warm cup of coffee, and embracing the true spirit of the season.

We’ve been working hard to bring more cups to our store, and to update everyone as soon as we can. ‼️Our Snoopy cups will be available at our Kirkland location in batches of 50. We will start selling at 10 AM until sold out, and again at 3 PM until sold out. ‼️Check our Instagram for updates! 🌟
