A new bean!! Just arrived today!

The green beans have a distinct aroma of Chocolate Covered Candied Cherries. Along with a Chocolate Raspberry hint.

While roasting, you definitely get the notes of the Red Fruits that this is fermented with.

I did three batches total for testing.
(No picture, yet, of dark roast, lighting)

Batch 1, 350G green. Roasted to first beginnings of First Crack (FC).
End temperature was 374°
End weight was 302.8G
Giving a 13.49% loss.
A Light Roast.

Batch 2, 350G green. Roasted to 45 seconds after FC.
End temperature was 401°
End weight was 294.8G
Giving a 15.77% loss.
A nice Medium Roast.

Batch 3, 350G green. Roasted to 20 seconds into Second Crack. (SC)
End temperature was 424°
End weight was 288.2G
Giving a 17.66% loss
A Dark Roast level.

Maybe at some point it will become more than what it is, but for now, a small selection of people have been able to try these roasts.

Bean type varies and roast level, along with grind size, is always to order and likeness.
