A few things before bed! First today was A DAY! Holy Guacamole. What started with a bad review turned into an amazing day. I know we use hot phrases like amazing and overwhelmed without that actual feeling, but I was AMAZED and OVERWHELMED with the outpouring of love and support that my (our) community showed us today. It’s just beyond words. I couldn’t keep up with all the kind comments, messages, and people peeking their head in our window today to support us and encourage us or have a laugh. Guys, I couldn’t harness the emotion. From the bottom of Tashi’s and my heart, thank you. We really are trying to build something great in Knoxville and it feels like we are well on our way. We will keep doing what we are doing despite our flaws, mess ups, or even our excellence.

Second, in the chaos I forgot to share that we will be closed tomorrow for the Fourth of July. Enjoy your holiday, spend time with friends and family, and when you get an extra $24 come see us soon (don’t blow off any phalanges or digits!) We love you all so much and could never do what we do without the support you’ve shown us.
