Labor Day weekend just got a whole lot tastier thanks to our guest votes and your neighborhood kitchen collab 🍻

The Post is sending you into the long weekend right…. smoked pork shoulder, low and slow, shredded and tossed with spicy Pueblo green chiles and caramelized onion, finished with cotija cheese and escabeche.
