A little glimpse of where it all began 💜
Ube isn’t just a root. 🍠 It’s the root of Cajun Manila Kitchen.
It’s the story of home, the reason this little kitchen came to be.

It all started with a single jar of homemade Ube Jam made to share a bit of sweetness with family. Then it became a favorite at breakfast, a comfort during afternoon cravings, and a treat for friends and neighbors. 🥐

And now, here we are, ready to share that same sweetness with our Louisiana home. 💜

With much care and Filipino pride, our Ube Jam is made from locally sourced organic ingredients, slow cooked until silky and rich. Perfect on toast, pancakes, or straight from the spoon. 😋
