I remember the first time I had breakfast with my now husband for the first time and he asked me if I would like to have French Toast. I had no idea what it was until the waitress brought it over, not quite as our Rabanada but very similar. And now I can say with conviction that I like French Toast more then Pancakes 🥞!
Made this one for my Mom and Sister to try, added some Dulce de Leche, Bananas and a Cream Cheese “frosting” to balance the sweetness.
