Absolute whirlwind month so far! I've had five cookie decorating classes in the last week!! What an AWESOME way to spend the holidays 😁 This was my public class at La Mesa Wine Works on the 13th. Not sure how we squeezed 24 into the space, but we did (with the help of folding tables)! What a blast! Thanks to all my students - you bring me such joy 🥰

Ever wondered how to get your icing all the way to the edge without spending a ridiculous amount of time using a piping bag and your scribe? Try the painting method! This is a quick and easy technique for flooding the base layer of cookies. Great for halloween skulls and ghosts, especially if you have a bunch to do (then all you have to do is pipe the details!).
