Crazy busy today so of course I forgot to snap photos of all my guests. These tea lovers go all over in quest of tea rooms and were happy to discover HatTea’s. Loyal fans reemerged after the long winter and the others had been in when HatTea’s first opened. Is always nice to see such nice guests again.

A group of nine from Buffalo descended on HatTea’s today for a couple of hours of boisterous fun! Then straight to the park for the Abba concert which was very good, then back to the ranch for a dip in my swimspa pool with little one eager to investigate but who decided against jumping in.😁

Another husband who deserves a 5-star rating for surprising his wife with Afternoon Tea at HatTea’s. (They drove down from Buffalo.). Also today a mom and daughter up from NYC way to attend an event at Chautauqua. There was some robust conversation - such nice folks!

Summers are for family get-togethers and HatTea’s seems to be the place lately. The sweet girls with the flowing boas came again this summer and found more and exciting attire this year. The other group had friends and families from this area as well as from Louisiana and Florida. From the sound of things emanating from upstairs they all were having lots of fun!

Gorgeous brides today! Repeats from last year. So nice to have them back again. Makes my day! And Miss Hannah finished her 3 ordered 9” pies key lime, peanut butter and chocolate mousse. Keep those orders coming!

Lots of tea flowing today at HatTea’s. Three delightful family groupings. Of course I forgot to snap a photo of my last group. Hannah came in and was busy making her pies to fill her orders. 9” pies - one of each!

Hannah will continue with her pie sales by order only. Her business has been picking up on line and she feels that by doing so, it will give customers more opportunity to purchase them than just on Saturday and Sunday. So no more pink tent at HatTea's on weekends. Hannah has been a real trooper and is excited to continue making her three pies: key lime, peanut butter and chocolate mousse. She is discontinuing the cookie sales and will take all remaining cookies back to college with her in August. She sells the 6" pies for $12 and the 9" pies for $20. Call 716-640-7122 to order. Hannah is going to brave the heat and possibly the rain this weekend and will be set up again at HatTea's (125 East Fairmount Ave. Lakewood) with her cookies and pies. If it gets stormy, she will move inside. If you need a last minute treat - here's where to get it! Happy Fourth!

The queen and her princess came today from Erie - they've visited HatTea's several times and have vowed to come back soon. SO, SO nice - lots of chatter today as well as big hugs. I love my "job"!
