STEMspot combines the fun of a mini hands-on science museum with a cozy café--making us the go-to spot for KIDDOS (ages 0-7) & GROWN-UPS!

STEMspot offers open play, birthday parties, parent-friendly co-working, barista-crafted drinks, classes & more! How to get to STEMspot:
Navigate to 354 Merrimack St. then enter through Door A at the Salvatore' Restaurant entrance. Take the elevator to floor 3, and walk down the hallway (you'll see the parking lot to your right through big windows) until you get to the mirrors/bathrooms---our door is right there at Suite 341. Parking is free in the large lot outside of building 354.

This beautiful fall weather has been wonderful for outdoor play—but it’s also made September and October significantly slower than last year for our little indoor business! ☀️ And we get it! We’d be outside enjoying the sunshine too!

The tricky part? We planned for a busy fall, extended our hours, and hired more staff to welcome everyone back indoors. But whether we have 2 families visiting or 10, our operating costs—rent, staffing, cleaning, utilities, insurance, and everything else—stay largely the same. Our wonderful team has been incredibly patient through shorter shifts, and we’re doing our best to navigate this unexpectedly slow season.

So, we’re reaching out with a small request!

🎁 Were you planning to gift STEMspot gift cards, 6-packs, or memberships this holiday season? Would you consider doing your shopping a little early this year?

We’re not asking you to spend more—just a little earlier, if you can! That small change in timing would make a BIG difference in helping us get through this oddly lovely fall. 💜

And if you’re not shopping right now, you can still help! Share our page, recommend us to local families, stop in for coffee, or suggest STEMspot for school field trips, company family events, or private parties.

We know the cold weather will eventually bring everyone back indoors, and we can’t wait to see you! Until then, every little bit of support means so much.

Thank you for helping our small business and amazing team keep doing what we love!
