This week's Sunday Supper is a true culinary masterpiece.

Even if you're not an eggplant fan, this dish is sure to win you over.

Thinly sliced eggplant is expertly stacked with mozzarella cheese, julienned sun-dried , a decadent ricotta/spinach filling, and our house-made marinara. One of the standout features of this lasagna is the use of lightly breaded and fried eggplant instead of noodles.

A quick Sunday Supper update! 🇫🇷

After making a production test of this week's Beef Bourguignon, I decided to make one small improvement.

Instead of serving it over mashed potatoes, your Beef Bourguignon will feature tender Yukon Gold potatoes slow-braised right in the rich Burgundy sauce alongside the beef, carrots, mushrooms, pearl onions, and bacon.

Why the change? Because these meals are designed to be reheated at home. Cooking the potatoes right in the stew keeps the flavors together and creates a heartier, more rustic French country dish that reheats beautifully. It's not like the Irish Cottage Pie as this is a stew and the mashed potatoes absorbed the gravy too much.... And we all want that gravy!!

I think you'll enjoy this version even more, and I'm always looking for ways to make your Sunday Supper experience the best it can be.
