Meet the Family Monday 🖤
Meet Gwen 🤍
Since joining the Bingham's family in April of 2023, Gwen has become an expo extraordinaire.. the one making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen looks just right before it reaches your table. She helps keep the line moving, catches the little details the rest of us might miss, and does her part to make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Her favorite meal is the Chicken Alfredo, and when it comes to pie, she's choosing our Raspberry Cream Cheese every time 🥧🤍
When asked what her favorite part about working at Bingham's is, her answer wasn't about the food.. it was about the people.
She said her favorite part has been all of the people she's met and the relationships she's built. Somewhere between the busy shifts, the Friday night rushes, and the organized chaos, those friendships have become family.
I think that's one of the things that makes Bingham's different. We spend a lot of time together, and somewhere along the way, coworkers become lifelong friends.
That's something really special, and Gwen is a wonderful example of it. My dad always had a special appreciation for hardworking young people. He believed if they were willing to show up, learn, and give it their all, they deserved someone willing to believe in them. Gwen is exactly that kind of person.
Outside of Bingham's, Gwen's favorite family tradition is her weekly dinners with her brother and nephew 🍽️🤍 Sometimes the traditions we look forward to the most are the simple ones.
Gwen, thank you for taking so much pride in every plate that crosses the expo line, for helping every shift run a little smoother, and for making sure our guests leave with a meal that looks just as good as it tastes.
