It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Hubert Altis, the beloved namesake of Huey's on the Square.

As family and friends gather to celebrate Hubert's life, Huey's on the Square will be closed this Thursday, July 9, to honor him and be with loved ones.

Thank you, Hubert, for your kindness, your faith, your friendship, and for reminding us that sometimes the most meaningful legacies are built one conversation, one cup of coffee, and one familiar seat at the table at a time.
You will be deeply missed. ❤️

This chicken salad sandwich with a side of fresh fruit is the perfect warm-weather lunch, and it pairs perfectly with an iced coffee made just the way you like it. I went with vanilla and almond milk, but the best part is you can add any of our flavored syrups to make it your perfect spring sip! 🧋
