As home brewers, who met while studying engineering, they set out to design high quality, hand crafted beers. As demand for the beers increased, the vision to launch a microbrewery was developed. With a focus on quality and versatility, our hand crafted beer is brewed using the finest ingredients in small batches.

TGIW 🤝🏼 LFOD IPA - This week's sandwich? A spin off of quesabirria tacos, we turned it into a decadent grilled cheese sandwich. Toasted sourdough in birria beef tallow, loaded with pepper jack, birria short rib, onions, jalapeños and cilantro. Served with a side of consommé for dipping and side of fries. Pair with Live Free or Die IPA: Its bold pine and grapefruit notes cut through the rich birria beef, melted pepper jack, and buttery sourdough, while a crisp, dry finish refreshes your palate after every savory dip into the consommé. Rugged and full of character, this pairing delivers a balance of rich comfort food and classic New England hop flavor that makes for a super satisfying combo.

The Cabana Crafted Cocktail is back at the Beer Hall 😎 Available to enjoy here, or in cans to go! This one was a big hit last summer, and it's back for a limited time while supplies last! Our take on a classic tiki cocktail, packed with flavors of rum, pineapple, orange, coconut cream, nutmeg, and infused with nitro!!

Good morning- the sun is shining, it's Wednesday, and we couldn't wait to share today's TGIW special: A sweet and spicy Hawaiian burger. 2 all beef smash patties, pepper jack cheese, teriyaki sauce, bacon, sliced jalapeno, & juicy grilled pineapple on a brioche bun. It's the perfect pairing for a refreshing pint of Scenic! The tropical fruit character of Scenic IPA mirrors the sweet grilled pineapple and teriyaki, creating a bright, island-inspired flavor combination. Notes of passionfruit, mango, peach, guava, grapefruit, and tangelo enhance the burger's sweetness while the citrusy hop character cuts through the richness of the two smash patties, bacon, and pepper jack cheese. Its light body and refreshing finish cleanse the palate after each bite, while the hop bitterness helps tame the jalapeño's heat without overpowering the sandwich.
