INSPECTION PASSED!!!!! 🎉😭

We can now officially bake in our new space!

This has been a long process with plenty of challenges along the way, but we pushed through and are beyond excited to finally have a kitchen of our own.

We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Trondhjem Lutheran Church in Lonsdale. Not only did they allow us to rent their kitchen for an entire year, but they opened their hearts to our family and became family to us.

Pastor Sue, Kim, Bridget, and all of the sewing ladies — THANK YOU for your kindness, encouragement, support, and for loving us through this journey. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

Now it’s time to bake! 🍰

Reminder: We will NOT be open today (Wednesday, 6/17) as we’re busy completing orders, getting settled into our new kitchen, and prepping for Saturday’s opening.

We never imagined this little cheesecake dream would lead us to moments like these, and we’re incredibly grateful for every single one of you. ❤️

We have some exciting news…

Our cheesecakes are going into the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts 🤯🍰

Honestly, we’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.

What started as a crazy dream, countless late nights, and a whole lot of cream cheese is now landing us in one of Minnesota’s most iconic venues.

From a small-town cheesecake shop to the ORDWAY.
