(Final) Cookie #5 of the cookie sandwich box and the one I was most hesitant about: Honey, Youโ€™re Golden.

I wasnโ€™t sure how honey, orange, and pistachios would pair up with each other. I was more than pleasantly surprised! Itโ€™s actually very lovely.

Orange zest and chopped pistachios in the cookies with a swirl of orange honey buttercream. Finished off with an orange glaze and pistachio bits.

Grown up taste, made especially for mom. ๐Ÿงก
