Talam ubi
Talam ubi is a traditional Southeast Asian (Indonesian/Malay) steamed, two layered cake, most commonly steamed sweet potato cake.
Made of sweet potato mixed with rice flour, tapioca, sugar, topped with a creamy, savory layer of coconut milk.
We made with different shapes.
