Amazing avocado stuffed shrimp with lime, cucumbers, red onion and tomatoes sprinkled with cilantro. Amazing for a summer lunch or a fantastic starter for an upscale dinner.

Something about Mellon and cottage cheese. Growing up my grandmother would all ways order something along these lines Saturday at Brent's deli!

Using Bonnie melons a double whipped cottage cheese, mint and hazelnut will make your pallet bounce! As we end Mellon season this will be back on the menu ASAP!

ALTER SHORT RIB

We took the time to braise short rib for a few hours in a red wine reduction! My grandmother used to make something very similar but we added our own twist to it.

This short rib can end up in tacos or enchiladas or really just over some polenta! We would love to give you a taste soon.
