Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter, divided
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Prepare the Lobsters: Begin by setting your oven to a toasty 425°F (220°C). Use the sharp edge of kitchen shears to carefully cut and expose the tender meat atop the lobster shells.
Season with Flair: Lightly season each lobster tail with a sprinkling of salt, pepper, and a touch of melted butter.
Oven Time: Place the prepared tails on a baking sheet and let them bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat turns perfectly firm and alluringly opaque.
Create the Creamy Sauce: In a medium skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, allowing its fragrance to fill the air.
