Saturday the 28th from 12-pm-4pm, we'll be serving our Texas craft barbecue.
We smoke our proteins for up to 16 hours with no shortcuts. All our sides are made in house. Nothing we sell to our customers comes from a can. Everything is scratch made.

We're back ya'll! Construction to our home is finally done. For now 🤣. Our Smokers are ready to continue putting out some amazing Central Texas craft barbecue.
We'll be back at it next Saturday, Oct. 28th from 12-pm-4pm or sell out. You can place your pre-orders to secure your food as we do sell out.

This Sunday, March 5th from 11am-3pm we'll be slicing up our Central Texas craft barbecue here in Wildomar. We smoke our proteins for up to 16 hours using only salt, pepper and oak wood, Texas style!

Good evening everyone. We have two menu's for ya'll. The first menu is for our next cook Saturday, February 4th from 11am-3pm. The second menu is for the Super Bowl Sunday, February 12th from 11am-3pm.
We'll be taking pre-orders for both dates with at least 50% payment to reserve your food. Pre-orders are highly suggested as we do sell out.
We added pulled pork pozole to the menu. We take pride in all our scratch made dishes. Nothing we serve comes from a can!
