Chicken Leg Quarter - Crispy, Juicy & Perfectly Roasted!

Instructions
1. Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
2. Rub with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Let rest for 20 minutes.
4. Toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
6. Arrange the chicken and fries on a baking tray in a single layer.
7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning the fries halfway through, until the chicken skin is crispy and golden and the fries are browned.
8. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
9. Serve the crispy roasted chicken leg quarter with hot French fries and the dipping sauce on the side.
