One of the things I love most about San Pedro is the sense of community.

At The Corner Store, I get to serve coffee, meet neighbors, hear stories, and sometimes talk about something bigger — home.

We’re testing something special from Chef Tania’s kitchen… and trust us, this one hits.

Enfrijoladas, Corner Store style
Two warm corn tortillas soaked in rich, savory bean sauce, topped with red onion, fresh cilantro, queso fresco, crema, and two eggs cooked your way (sunny side up or medium). Finished with chorizo and our signature Corner Store salsa — now available by the jar at the counter 🔥

This wasn’t even supposed to make the menu… but after one bite, we knew. We’re adding it.

As we roll out our updated menu — with a full lineup of lunch options, new breakfast plates, and our highly anticipated pancakes — dishes like this are exactly what we’re excited to share with you.
