We launched 3 new sides for a recent graduation party.

Fresh, hand cut fruit salad with honey drizzle.

Homemade tangy and sweet cole slaw.

Sweet broccoli and cauliflower salad.

These 3 sides were a big hit and would definitely make your next event one to remember. These are a perfect addition to any summertime party.

Lanthier Winery got a special treat today from Chat House Catering,LLC . Curtis Chatham brought us pork tenderloin, cheesy potatoes, bake beans and for desert Strawberry Delight! The staff absolutely loved every bite, it was delicious! Thank you so much Curtis for thinking of us.

We’re adding two new dishes to our catering menu.

- A fresh spinach salad with green apples, strawberries, feta cheese, cashews and a homemade vinaigrette dressing
- Double Chocolate Sheet Cake

Both items were a hit at a rehearsal dinner that we catered last evening.
