Effective immediately and until further notice, Cheeseheads will be open: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday each week from 10 AM – 4 PM. This is due, unfortunately, to not finding enough additional staff despite actively searching over the past several months, to fully staff the restaurant while also maintaining our summer operations.
The good news? We're working on some exciting weekly specials that will run consistently each week during these days, and we'll be announcing those very soon! Also, for the time being, Frybread Fridays are moving to Tuesdays, so you can still get your favorite frybread creations and Indian Tacos every week.
As many of you know, Cheeseheads was born from our summer food truck and Squeezer's Lemonade operations that we've been building for the past 12 years. With summer event season now in full swing, much of our crew is back on the road serving festivals, tournaments, and community events throughout the region.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through these staffing challenges. If you or someone you know is looking for weekend kitchen work, we'd love to hear from you.
