For those of you who were at the truck today when I had to leave abruptly to cater to my younger daughter, thank you for your support and patience.

I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to my daughter, Kiara!
I had to leave her at the truck alone and this kid stepped up to hold the fort down. She managed our customers, handled the orders, and communicated with such maturity. I am so incredibly proud of the young woman she is becoming and her dedication to our business. Thank you to all our customers for supporting her today!

She did the best she could without Mommy and I am so damn proud of her.

Delayed but NEVER denied! 🙏🙏

We had a late start this morning due to a cracked tire but the blessings outweighed the stress today. Huge thanks to the kind gentlemen who helped me air it up yesterday (sorry, I don't know your names or I would hand you your 💐).

An ultimate thank you to Alessandro for completely saving the day this morning. (Yet again.....not the first time). Jacking up the trailer, getting it off, getting it replaced, and getting us open for business! He even got me a discount on the tires!

When you build a life and a business on a solid foundation of kindness, integrity, and genuine gratitude, God will always send the right people to stand in your corner and help you keep moving.

Alessandro, there are not enough 💐💐💐 for you. God sent you and your family into our lives for a reason and my girls and I are extremely grateful and thankful for you. Thank you for always having our backs. 🙏🙏🙏

I opened this truck because I couldn’t find truly tasty, authentic Trini food in this area or Orlando. I had a God-given talent and made a promise to serve food the same way I would serve my own family..fresh, authentic, and made from scratch.

At Caribbean Limerz, everything is cooked fresh to order. We don’t cut corners. Good food takes time, and we appreciate your patience.

All orders are prepared in the order they are received. Larger orders may take longer, but every order is made one at a time so each customer gets the same quality and attention. Because of this, wait times will vary depending on what is ahead in the queue.

We serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis at the window. Preorders are held specifically for you, but there may still be a wait while food is being prepared fresh.

We treat everyone with respect and kindness, and we ask for the same in return for our hard work, myself, and my daughters. If the wait doesn’t work for you, we are always happy to provide a refund.

To everyone who supports us with patience, love, and good energy, thank you. We appreciate you more than you know.

When I say I have the best customers in the world, that is truly an understatement. Today was so hot, and one of my favorite customers brought milkshakes for us in the truck. I know you don't want a massive public shoutout, but thank you so much, Listra! 🥤❤️

On another note, I would really appreciate your help in running the truck a little more efficiently so no one misses out.

If you know you need a large order (like 25 doubles or 10 chicken roti!), kindly give me a heads-up the day before. That way, I can make sure I'm fully stocked for you and don't have to disappoint our other regulars when we sell out early. Please send us a direct message or call/text the truck to place your advance orders.

Another highly recommended establishment! Cleopatra Ink in Melbourne.

They are so warm and friendly. One thing I noticed is that every single person that walked in there was offered something to drink. We are both so happy.

We're back! If you love Greek food as much as we do, we highly recommend this place. The best I've had in and around this area. It's in Viera!
