Every little business is being torn up this way and we at TCS are trying to avoid increasing as best we can.

We wanted to take a minute and talk to y’all honestly.
Over the past couple weeks, the cost of meat has gone up… and not just a little. Brisket, pork, ribs and chicken—everything we cook every day has steadily climbed. We’ve done everything we can on our end to absorb it, stretch it, and keep prices where they are.
But we’ve reached a point where we just can’t float it anymore.
This isn’t a decision we want to make—it’s one we have to make to keep the doors open and continue serving the same quality BBQ you expect from us.
We’re not cutting corners. We’re not lowering quality. And we’re not changing what got us here.
We’re just trying to keep doing what we love… feeding our community, the right way.
We appreciate every single one of you who continues to support a small, local business like ours. It truly means more than you know.

Farmer Fran and I are loaded up and headed deep into Missouri to do some research on livestock that has been genetically engineered with resistance to Jackrabbit venom. We've got 100 head of jack's in the trailer to test resistance to the western variance of the venom. We're doing this for you. We're doing this for America.

Good morning Marceline! J.B. here.
We'll be closed this weekend, due to a high demand of much needed honeymoon time.
The last time Karina & I went fishing was a year ago or so in Bull Shoals, AR, thanks to Mark Sr. & Hudson Bay Resorts. I grew up going back & fourth to that lake, and know it well. She got bit a few times on our last adventure, but has never actually reeled one in. She grew up in California, and the bass fishing is non-existent in the cities that surrounded her.
I intend on changing that this weekend.
We enjoyed catering for Walsworth yesterday, Rotary meets next week at the smokehouse, and being a mom & pop's shop.. it's the perfect time for a brief intermission😊
So we're headed over to Lake of the Ozarks to visit some dear friends of ours for a couple days, and to finally get a picture of Karina hooking her first lunker right in the lip!
We'll be back for church on Sunday & will have the phone with us to take catering orders. Please don't feel like you're interrupting, if you need anything, just holler.
