One of our favorite and longest-standing producers, Luis Alberto’s multi-generational family farm produces beautiful coffees in the shadow of a dragon-shaped mountain. El Dragon is processed by leaving just a small amount of fruit, so that as the bean dries, it absorbs some interesting and natural flavor from the cherry. When you drink of the dragon, you will love this sweet and floral coffee.
