Here are photos of my WR Bazinga++++// filly out of Bugattis Princesse+/, who is three months old now.

I'm excited to announce that the fourth generation of my breeding program is in the works, as my mare Bugattis Princesse+/ has been checked 30 days in foal to WR Bazinga++++//.

It should be a great cross. Bugattis Princesse+/ (KM Bugatti+++/ x Wings Mon Cherie) is a two-time reserve national champion, with seven Top Tens and 10 regional championships in halter and sport horse in hand.

WR Bazinga++++// (El Chall WR x AWA Glorius+/) has 13 national championships in sport horse in hand (both dressage and hunter type, open and amateur), sport horse under saddle, dressage and sport horse show hack, with four reserve national championships and too many Top Tens and regional championships to count.

In a limited breeding career, Bazinga has sired horses that have won three national championships in sport horse, two reserves and nine Top Tens. Hopefully my foal can join that list.

Nine years ago today, I had to hurry home from a local horse show because my mare Foxy was showing signs of foaling. I got home in time to watch her foal a grey filly who has gone on to become my most successful show horse. It's been a great ride with Bugatti's Princesse+/, with regional and national wins. Her next career is as a broodmare. She has a breeding date with WR Bazinga+++//, who is a 17-time national and reserve national champion. Fingers crossed.

We showed my KM Bugatti+++/daughter Bugattis Princesse on Sunday at the AHA Youth/MidSummer Nationals in Oklahoma City. She went Top Ten in Sport Horse Mares in Hand with Sigourney Inman (fifth out of 10) and in Sport Horse Mares in Hand AATH with owner Julie Koch (fourth out of four, but did great). In the SHIH Mares JTH class, Caleigh Copenhaver stepped in when the original handler -- 10-year-old Kindall Francis -- couldn't make it to the show because of an emergency appendectomy. Caleigh did great, but Winnie got a little buzzed toward the end and snorted and flagged her tail, which got her penalized. So she didn't place in that class.
