Join us at the The 307 Farmer’s Market on Saturday, July 25th from 9 AM–1 PM at the Midland County Horseshoe Arena (Booth 49) for fresh sourdough, sweet treats, farm fresh eggs, jams, baking mixes, and more!

🌵 SOLD OUT! 🌵

I honestly don’t know where to begin except… thank you. 🤍

Today was officially the biggest porch stand bake to date for Cactus Sourdough Co., and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it.

This weekend we baked:
🥖 79 sourdough loaves
🍋 27 Lemon Blueberry Focaccia
🍥 18 trays of Cinnamon Rolls
🍌 16 Banana Breads
🍪 21 dozen Cookies

The last two days have been a blur of mixing, shaping, baking, glazing, packaging, and labeling. There wasn’t much sleep, but seeing so many familiar faces show up this morning made every late night worth it.

And now… it’s off to my night shift at the hospital on what feels like no sleep at all. 😂

Thank you to everyone who came out, waited in line, shared my posts, told a friend, and continues to support this little dream of mine. Every loaf you buy helps Cactus Sourdough Co. grow, and I truly don’t have the words to express how grateful I am.

Thank you for making this our biggest porch stand ever. I’ll never take your support for granted.

ROAD TO THE MARKET | Episode 1 🌵🍞

This was my biggest bake day yet.

Over 202 sourdough baked goods made from scratch, very little sleep, way too many energy drinks, and one goal: stock the shelves before market opened.

Somehow… we sold out in just 1 hour and 54 minutes.

Moments like these remind me why every late night, every early morning, and every ounce of hard work is worth it.

Thank you to everyone who came out, waited in line, and supported this little bakery. You all are making this dream bigger than I ever imagined.

🤍 SOLD OUT IN 1 HOUR & 54 MINUTES 🤍

I honestly don’t have the words.

Today was the biggest bake day in Cactus Sourdough Co. history, with over 202 handcrafted sourdough baked goods made completely from scratch… and you all sold us out in just 1 hour and 54 minutes.

This week, I balanced this bake around four ER night shifts, which meant a lot of late nights, very little sleep, and pouring everything I had into making sure the shelves were full for market day.

Midland & Odessa… thank you.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for supporting local. Thank you for sharing our posts, telling your friends, waiting in line, and making this little bakery dream grow bigger than I ever imagined.

Every loaf, every focaccia, every cookie, and every cinnamon roll represented hours of work, and seeing every single item find a home means more than I can put into words.

I truly couldn’t have done this without this amazing community. Your support is changing my life one bake day at a time, and I am so incredibly grateful.

Now I’m going to catch up on some much-needed sleep… then it’s time to start planning the next bake. 🌵❤️
